How to rez cham
Just kidding, this is better than that

how to mod Attributes. I dont care so i'm releasing

Open up one of MY text files in a program called "UltraEdit"

edit it to your hearts content

Go to "File->Encryption...->Encrypt"
Passphrase is "CombatArms"

go to the folder where it saves, remove the ending link so its .txt
inject into attributes.rez

no bypass needed

Exactly why this sections requirements should be raised to 2,500. Just like the Mem Lvl2 Section.
