How do I get my image as large as Dave's?

You don't.

Dave's avatar size is representation of his total mass in the universe.
In other words, to be Dave you gotta be as fat as Dave.

Become a donator to get 200x200 size and then become a wiki manager to get 250x200 size.

at Member level 2 you got larger one
Member level 3 more large

Or just donate.

how exactly do u get member 2 and 3 does it do it automatically after some posts or thanks or reputation?

2000-2500 posts for Member level 2.
And you need to re-size the image your self after you reach that amount of posts , MPGH won't re-size it.

Contribute to the wiki of your favourite game and then work your way up from Editor.

Incorrect, your current avatar is 200x240, Formerstaff got 200x250 limit and donators got 200x200

You said "Donate and get 1 like mine" but your avatar is 200x240, so he wouldn't get one like you if he did That's where I got that from.
