Why do people break the law on purpose?
This isn't an attack on alcohol or drugs, but.
For example with drugs, pretty much most recreational drugs are illegal and that is mostly universal around the world.
I am curious as to why people know that they are engaging in illegal business, usually know that their life will suck if they get in trouble for it, yet keep doing it. People know that marijuana is illegal, but they do it anyways; Do people worry that if they get caught their life will be grim?
Also with alcohol.
People who drink underage know the business they are getting themselves into, yet they keep drinking underage.
Do people care that they are engaging in illegal behavior that if caught will end pretty much any chance of getting a high paying professional job and might land you behind bars? Just curious.
There was this girl at my school who got caught with marijuana and got 70 hours of community service to be completed in 90 days. Do these people decide to stop or continue, knowing that it will get more severe next time they get caught?

This topic is pretty complicated if you ask me. But I'll just say that some (or most) lawbreakers have psychological problems, if that made any sense.
They are all bums.

It has something to do with the boundary of 'fun'. The more 'fun' you get from a certain thing, the bigger the risk you are willing to take to do it.
The thing with drugs, and to a lesser extent alcohol, is that it can get you hooked on it. At that point people do not care anymore about the possible consequences and just want their daily dose. (Alcohol being legal, it is even more of a problem actually)

Who is another man to tell me what i can and cannot do he is no better then me. I would'nt say it ruins their chances of getting a high paying job my father went to the penitentiary on vehicular manslaughter he makes roughly 2,000 a week doing CNC machine repair. I have 1 15 year felony and 4 misdemeanors on my record from when i was a juvenile.
