I HEARD IT CLOSES AFTER 10 MIN. FOR ME IT DONT,, SOLUTION IS PLAY A FEW NORMAL GAMES THEN MINIMIZE CA, OPEN HACK , PRESS INSERT, THEN MAKE SURE YOU CLOSE THE HACK!,

You might also want to try this with the bypass thats on these forums - ileechbitch
How to use
1. Download the hack.
2. Open up perx and configure it to inject into Engine.exe
3. Inject the bypass dll.
4. At login screen alt-tab out and open up the hack.
5. Go back to combat arms and press insert and enter the recruit server.
