Depends from what kind of games you usually play and what you do with sniper. The choice IMHO stay between L19A1 series or TPG-1 series, if you wanna use in SnD in victor you can't buy TPG-1. Give us more details about your games 
I say get the L96A1 Arctic Wolf, but WOGL is dead nowadays, so feel free to get something like a TPG-1 Pro.
TPG is much better than l96, the L96 has stupid high deviation, at least the TPG can snipe across KC without missing 3 shots first.
