MMO Empire wServer.exe is crashing

hi guys i have a problem with the wServer.exe (Worldserver)

i changed my language to english(us) and it keeps still crashing if anyone can help me than do this please

There are 3 "languages" that you have to change.

Control panel - regional settings.
1 - in the first tab "format" select English USA
2 - second tab "location" select US
3 - last tab - "language for Unicode-incompatible languages" press that button, and on the list again select English USA.
Apply everything and restart your PC.
Should be working then.
