Download and Install your flash player.
If still not working, your internet is really bad.

Update Adobe Flash - Adobe - Install Adobe Flash Player
Update .NET Framework - Download .NET Framework 4.5 from Official Microsoft Download Center
Get this Windows Component - http://download.macromedi*****m/pub/f...1_ax_debug.exe

That should fix the problem.
