Problem Verifying My Paypal
Hey i was trying to veryify my paypal with etrade but when i done they said your application not opened yet you have to wait a day !
should i already wait ? or i did something wrong ? and iam trying login my id and pass they said wrong info ! please help !

When you change your ip paypal blocks you if you made a paypal with a proxy
