Information-
PLEASE READ THE mod_sa.ini FIRST, BEFORE PLAYING SA:MP! THIS IS NOT FOR MTA.
YOU WILL BE BANNED IF YOU TRY THIS ON MULTI THEFT AUTO.
This version of mod_sa is pretty much like the original one, but has been updated by FYP and the team for the software to work for the latest version of SA:MP (0.3x). Please note that this will not work on MTA. You must READ the mod_sa.ini before starting multiplayer and set "i_have_edited_the_ini_file" to true. I have included 0.3x R1 because this won't work on the normal 0.3x. You must paste the d3d9.dll and mod_sa.raw or the hack will not function properly.YOU WILL BE BANNED IF YOU TRY THIS ON MULTI THEFT AUTO.
If you only want to use the software, download the 'msamp3x_installer.zip' and follows these instructions*
* Download the 'msamp3x_installer.zip' archive from the attachments-
* Extract 'msamp3x_installer.zip' using 7zip or WinRar-
* Run 'mod_sa.v4.3.2.0.SA-MP.v0.3e.Setup' and follow the instructions there-
* Select the folder which 'GTA San Andreas' is installed in (Rockstar Games, if in registry)-
* Place the content of the folder into the installation folder.
* The installation is complete, you can continue over to Multiplayer-
* >> YOU MUST PLACED mod_sa.raw AND d3d9.dll INTO INSTALLATION FOLDER!
* Extract 'msamp3x_installer.zip' using 7zip or WinRar-
* Run 'mod_sa.v4.3.2.0.SA-MP.v0.3e.Setup' and follow the instructions there-

PLEASE SEE RETARD NOTICE, SET "i_have_edited_the_ini_file" TO TRUE, OR 0.3x WON'T RUN! (see inside mod_sa.ini)
Please note any and all 'viruses' detected in these files are FALSE POSITIVES, they will not harm you in anyway whatsoever. Please add an exception to this installation & disable your anti-virus if the installation appears to be identified as a virus. (PEPACK, UPX, VMPROTECT may be detected as "malware" on your anti-virus, but it's nothing to be worried about.)

Although this hack was tested and the functions are working perfectly (except for patches), please use this hack responsibly in servers because you are able to get banned easily if an administrator/moderator/GM spots you hacking. Any damages are your own responsibility and not your immediate family/friends.

All working fine and great except I randomly lose mouse control (as in, I can't look around) occasionally and have to restart the game, this is possibly something I've done to cause it but I can't work out what.

Whether your mouse control is set to "joypad" or not, go to Options > Controller Setup > Configuration_ Mouse+Key
Either that, or turn off "Aim" (default key: z). If it randomly spins uncontrollably, just simply commit suicide.

Works like a charm. But i have one problem. Sometimes when i enter a car it just flies in a random direction in the air like it's been shot out of a rocket. I have no idea what is causing this. Maybe if i disable the fly function out of the script all together?
It is worrying when i trying to be discreet about cheating and my car just suddenly blasts into the air.
Any ideas?

Thanks for the comment, and I hope I helped you.
EDIT: I've got an amazing configuration on "discreet" cheating unless you purposely trying to cheat, if you want it please PM me. I've got constant speed set to "1.2" with no decrease over 6 seconds, no "d3d" health labels (useful while recording), warp key disabled (causes desync), all inv actors are disable (if an admin tries to slap/blow/burn you to test if you're using health hacks, they won't know the difference unless you have hp regen. etc.
Thanks for the quick reply mate. I am sure you hit the nail on the head with the alt tab problem. Is there anyway i can know whether or not constant speed is toggled? I would be interested in your configuration as long as it's as easy to implement ( i am by far no means an expert at this). If all i have to do is replace the config file with a new one, sure =).

I honestly can't see where it says i have disabled messaging. My visitor messages is set to "don't limit usage". I just enabled email?. I have no idea lol. What a bother!
