No, this is impossible. The closest you can get to it is bruteforcing the password, and if it's a secure password then it will take years,
Hes Right Secure Password Took me about 1 month i really needed that file and all those ones out there are all keyloggers Dont get it or go on the link It will suck all ur info like vacuum So yea its possible but no programs out there to do it

You could try to use a GPU bruteforcer for RAR. Search for RAR GPU Password Recovery
well theres actually a tool for that that i own its called RAR Password Unlocker v4.2.0.0 well this one is the newest version and i have the crack full version
yeh its out there u just have to find it without doing those lame ******s!
