Bugs/Problems:
Error: Value
Means there's something wrong with the value, if you ignore this. Nothing horrible will happen

Values don't appear
This is caused due to a bug I didn't fix. (If you apply properties to one weapon, it will work for the rest)
-WARNING: when you Apply Properties, everything you have entered or NOT entered will be written!

There was some problems with the old version(s). I've tried to fix all of them this time, and it should be fully working beside the few bugs listed above.
If you find any bugs or problems, please report them.
There was also some users saying it was detected. This can be caused by using other hacks OR using the Combat Records.
-If you're afraid of ban, don't hack at all!

It's because you edit the public view.
(Easier to detect that you cheat. But I suppose TAC will detect if your stats are != to eachother)

Well, if you want to use it the "best" way.
You don't use it

1: Start PWE
2: Start Black Ops 2 - Multiplayer
3: Choose the Weapon to Edit
4: Go in Barracks -> Combat Records -> Weapons
5: Set the values as you see them. (In PWE) [Else you will lose all stats]
6: Apply Properties

-The display/loading of the stats is a bug. I'll fix this when I can. (Going in 10 min)
