I am making an enrollment system but I need more Ideas...to make it more fascinating any ideas?.

Well... first of all, WHY DO PEOPLE SPELL PLEASE AS PLS?! Seriously, at least spell it right, epically if you're making a program that others will use. The scrolling text is kinda annoying, it's not bad for the top, but for the 'hello', it's really annoying.
Though, the animations for the buttons are cool. The colors need to be changed some, looks like Microsoft Office diarrhea'ed on your form. I'm not saying blue is bad, blue is my favorite color, but that is a ugly combo.
Overall, nice job. All you need is to make sure spelling is correct and use a better UI.

Overall, it's pretty good coding, you just need to focus on the UI.
As for the system, I dunno, I've never really used an enrollment system.
