What it does
- Allows you to easily move the dye colourpicker to finely-tune your choice before spending $2 on a potential grey.
Controls
- Arrow keys to move by 1px
- Home / Delete / End / Page Down to move by 40px

DyeAssist doesn't really have a user interface, since it's basically something that sits in the background while you press buttons, but it does have this when you start it up so you know it's running (and with a quick reminder of the controls). Below is a video of it actually working and how to use it, and next is a picture of the program (not shown in the video, that would be pointless).
A note on downloading
Once you download it, you'll notice that it asks you for admin access. Running the program with admin allows the hotkeys to be registered globally - if they weren't, DyeAssist wouldn't work with Vindictus focused. Just know that whenever DyeAssist is running, it will take over your arrow keys and Home/Delete/End/Page Down buttons, and they will no longer have their default behaviour. To stop this, simply quit DyeAssist.

Once you download the file, unzip it. There are 2 versions: DyeAssist.exe and DyeAssistLegacy.exe. DyeAssist.exe is built on the .NET Framework Version 4, while DyeAssistLegacy.exe is built on .NET Framework Version 3.5. There are no images in the 'legacy' version because I'm lazy and the UI doesn't matter anyway, but it'll still work exactly as it should.

Thank you so much for this. I've been buying dyes in bulk lately... and I always spend like ~10minutes each dye to find a good color... This helps me sooo much to pinpoint the exact color I need!

Things I've thought about/tried:
Auto-finder: Extremely slow, since it involved moving the picker to every possible location and saving all found colours. Very, very bad.
Fast-auto-finder: Instead of moving the picker, just scan the visible pixels on screen? Nope, they don't actually correspond to the values you get on the picker! Trolololol NX.
Location Saver: Whenever you find a good colour, you can 'save' it's location. Once you save enough locations, you can cycle through them again. I might add this in the next release if this gets 'detected'.
Also, a note on detection:
This program does not interfere or interact with the Vindictus process in any way. It is - by no means - an actual 'hack'. One could argue that it is an accessibility feature. However, in the event that this does get detected, you know that Hackshield is scanning your process list (apparently illegal AFAIK, I might be pulling this out of my ass) and Nexon has blacklisted that particular .exe from running.

Good news though: I've written a program that can "get around" this. Maddoggy, please PM me for details (posting them here is just asking for it to get blocked prematurely), I'd PM you myself but I need a higher postcount. I'd like for you to be able to test my program on your hacks just to see if it'll work.
EDIT: Just tried it with the latest WooLevel, and I get an AutoIt error. I know why, I'll tell you in the PM.
Also, really sorry for pulling a hood over everybody, I just want to make sure this thing works perfectly before it gets found out and picked apart. If it works as it should, nearly every program on MPGH should be undetectable, but then again - that's a huge thing to say. We'll see how it goes!

I'm just wondering HOW I would implement this without filling all your keyboards with hotkey recall keys and such. If I use 1-9, you'll be limited to 9 save locations, do you think that's good enough for most people? Personally I'd be happy with that, since I rarely find 9 great colours worth saving in a single area.
