Ha, it's not that simple :P
If you have the cracked Minecraft, you can change names.
Sooo, if you are in a server that resumes your session, you have to wait ingame till a admin disconnects.
Then open a second Minecraft(DONT LOG OUT), put the admin IGN as user in there, and connect to the server.
Boom, logged in as admin with all permissions

Them n00bs will rage

and you can troll

It will work if Plugin bugged.

Maybe give us IP?

The login session only works if you log in with the same IP you registered as..
