Jesus doesn't exist in Islam. You deny original scripture of jesus being true so you deny the existence of jesus himself.

If you deny the originality of the story and put your own twist on it, it denies the importance/relevance of the story. Not only that, its Muhammeds word(as the quran was written after this death) against the word of people who lived when Jesus did.
