u cant get mosin nagat rosswell and fg rosswell at the moment was an expired tired spender event maybe it will come back

It used to be possible 'til the September 2011 update I believe. One of the major AVA updates, along with the April 2013 and some more.

Yes if you purchased before the update/patch you would still have them, but they can't be bought in the shop anymore.
