Information About TeknoMW3 / IW5M

Hi people.
I recently saw that a lot of people was complaining because of banning on TeknoMW3 / IW5M (4D1) or having some error messages on servers.

To help some people and to avoid them to ask always the same questions, here is some informations about 4D1/TeknoMW3

First of all, I'm not playing on 4D1 (So if some minions playing on 4D1 want to edit to add informations, do, do x)) so I won't have a lot of informations to give you about 4D1, I'm sorry (Even though I actually can say only one thing for 4D1 now...).

About TeknoMW3

• "I don't have server list" : Either you have the wrong version of TeknoMW3, the good one being the 2.7.0.1, either you have one of hese random problems, if you have the good version just wait a moment / use your favorities or history list.
  For people trying to play with the 2.7.0.9, TeknoGods shutted it down a while ago so it's not working anymore.
  
  
• The two next problems will be about an error message while connecting / DLCs maps, here is a little explanation before.
  There are new and few servers with DLC on TeknoMW3, the normal "2.7.0.1" and "2.7.0.1-DLC maps" aren't compatible.
  You won't be abe to connect on a server with DLCs with a No-DLCs game and vice versa.
  I advise you to make a copy of your MW3 folder and put the DLC maps in one of them.
  Even if you tried DLC / No-DLC game and you have this message on a server, well, I don't know why does it display it, I also have error message on some servers.
  
  
• "I got a message : "Files different from server"" : It means that you are playing with the 2.7.0.1-DLC version and you try to connect on a server which doesn't have DLCs MAPs on it. Update to a DLC version or make a copy for it (Like I advised you before).
  
  
• "When I enter the server, I have a weird screen, my game crash and I have an "mp_*smthng*" error message" : It means that you are playing with the 2.7.0.1-NoDLC version and you are trying to connect on a server with DLCs MAPs, download DLCs and it will solve the problem, since there are few servers with DLC you shouldn't be a lot bothered.

"I have a "couldn't load image blabla" error message" : one of your "iw_xx.iwd" file in the "main" folder is obviously missing/not updated, so repair it and it should work

"I got banned because of using a hack" : Don't complain about being banned, it's a risk everybody takes, just use this to unban yourself.

"I got renamed to "thisguyhax."" : If you are renamed to this, it means either that you are using Barata's Tekno Multihack or you have weird letter in your name (because russian name or stuff like this (by weird letter, I mean "ôïéçàè" etc...), so change your name.

This name should be displayed on few servers only.
Only servers using Infiny Script should get a name like that. So maybe... 10-15% of the servers.
If you don't want to lose time just change server.


"I have been banned just when I wanted to end game!" : Some servers use specific and "rare" plugins which patch the game ending, and it makes you banned right after using it. And no, it doesn't end game and ban you after, you are banned but the server stay normal. (Just use this if you wanna unban yourself).

"The Unbanner isn't working..." : Either you're IP banned, either you have no luck, it can happen on some server, but don't give up, it's not the same thing for every servers

About IW5M / 4D1

"I got aCI banned, how do I unban myself?" : .... You don't.
No, seriously. Since a while now, aCI ban HWID, which is I remind you the HardWare ID.
The ban are also permanent now, not only 5 days and there is no way to unban ourselves at the moment.

Do not try to use TeknoMW3's HWID spoofer, IW5M does NOT ban in the same HWID way than TeknoMW3 servers do.
(I also remind you that -server- bans are ban by GUID on IW5M)

"Can I have an aimbot for 4D1?" : Asking/Begging for hack is not allowed.
Just search on the forum though. (If I remember well there were one... maybe two aimbots available).
Alse you won't get one, these aimbots are privates.

"I got server banned, any solution?" : GUID Faking has been patched. Simply make a new account.
P.S : Changing account will NOT work in case of aCI ban.

Additional informations :

• Don't forget to read and think about any [Release] thread title, if it doesn't cleary say TeknoMW3 or IW5M then don't try.
  
  Example : Using a TeknoMW3 hack on IW5M will make you very probable banned!
  And the opposite (IW5M on Tekno) shouldn't work.
  
  
• If the thread says the hack is [Detected], do NOT use the hack downloadable.
  The "Detected" thread are only for IW5M, meaning that the aCI patched the hack. So do not use it unless you want a permanent HWID (aka computer) ban.
  
  
• When someone tell you to download something or to open a file with a software to download, just type it's name on Google, outside links are forbiden, so take your time to find yourself, and don't ask to other people to give you what you want.
  
  
• If someone have other questions / questions with answers / informations, PM me or post it in this thread, I'll edit, it will avoid people to search a lot of "general" informations on the forum.
  
  
• If you want to know how to fix a problem with one specific hack, well just post on the thread / read the whole thread, the solution will maybe be in it. (I made an exeption for the Barata's Tekno Multihack since the name can make you banned.)
  
  
• Don't forget about the All Working Hacks For Private Servers' list!

I know it wasn't a question for me but I personally took it to someone last year at school who installed it on every computers the last days

A have a hack for 4D1 who is tagged "detected" but im still using it (yes, after the update) is a external hack

I guess some hacks (and I said it) aren't patched. That's good for you
Which one is it? (Just curiosity)
