CheatDB - Preview
The CheatDB application is an application that allows you to easily access game cheats within no-time.
Sounds just like a normal trainer - why should I use it?
Well, CheatDB may support any game since it uses all information from an online database. No application updates are needed.
The user is able to submit his own cheats to the database to share it with others.
I guess you will have a better understanding looking at the following pictures...
The Main Window - Game/Version Selection
First you select the game you want. Afterwards, you select a version.
In this case games/versions marked in
red are retreived from the online database.
Games/Versions marked in
purple are retreived from your local database.
You can change the color of custom/online retreived items.
If you doubleclick a game, a game information window pops up.
You may add a game by rightclicking in the datagridview and selecting "Manage Games".
Pretty obvious, you can manage your games or add a new one. You can also submit it for online approval.
You can do the same for versions aswell. If you want to add a custom version to an existing game, you can do so.
If you select a version, you can open the related trainer.
There are 3 kinds of cheats.
- Cheats
- Activations
- Unlocks
Cheats
Cheats are memory addresses that need to be frozen. Simple example: A health address is set to 99999 every 1/4 Second.
You can assign a custom hotkey to each cheat.
Activations
Activations are memory addresses that are only written once. Simple example: A doubleclick on the gridview entry gives you 999999 gold.
You can define a custom value and current values are red from the memory.
Unlocks
Unlocks are memory addreses that unlock something at a certain value. Simple example: If the value of the address euquals 5, you
complete a challenge in call of duty. Unlocks that are already done, are marked so.
You can add custom cheats aswell and submit them for online approval or report it as not working.
