I am sorry, do you have any other way? Couse i just cant see 1. There will always be 1 guy messing the shit up. It like WW2. You had to kill all the germans, and they almost did.... Yet, in todays world there are still skin heads. So you see... Its really hard to find an other solution and if there is one, 1 of the sides just dont want it.

So, your solution is to go on and try to wipe more people out, which will ultimately fail, people will always survive. Then the cycle of hatred starts again and they go on to reproduce and then try to wipe you out, and it just repeats again and again.
