Freaking out here
I went to the gym today, been going for almost 1 year now. Than like after 2 hours in the gym i started working on my back muscles. Out of nowhere my hip muscle just started to like cramp and it hurt so much i coudn't move. I was like, FUUUUU DONT MOVE DONT MOVE DONT MOVE!

After litterly 3 minutes of not moving the pain went away and i dared to move again. This is the second time it has happend (couple weeks ago was the first time) and i am kind of freaking out. I dont know why it hurts like that?

The muscle that hurts me

In the picture its the "Tensor fasciaelatae"

Dont even know if its the real name but found the picture fast. That is the muscle that hurts me

THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH ME?!
Muscle spasm.
Ah. Which reminds me I have to go to the gym tomorrow morning at 7.

Anyyyyways, is it still hurting right now?

Was it like a painful pain, or like a kinda afterburn from working out? If it's like burning, but not stinging or w/e, then most likely it's normal that you ripped the muscles and you gotta regain them. Thus, getting muscles. I suggest to stop working or applying pressure to those areas. Work on a different part of your body.

You know what the funny thing was, i wasn't even training that muscle. I was training my back muscle and out of nowhere the pain just started and i froze for 3 minutes. After that the pain went away but i was scared and called it a day. It was like a pain that just comes when i am training my muscles. It only happent 2 times now and it there was 2 weeks apart.

Well you can be right but this is how i go and train:

First 20 minutes i go running/jogging.
than 10 minutes on the bike.
Than most time i go for muscle training, starting with my legs and going up to my back, chest, shoulders and arms (Biseps and triseps). Than i go and train my belly and by the time ive done all that there has been like 1 hour or 1 hour and 30 minutes past.

This time i did my back muscle as last couse it was quite busy in the gym and most of the training thingy's were taken.

Don't think I've had hip pain, but when I lay on my bed and have my pillow creating a certain angle with my back, I get a sharp paralyzing pain... Not exactly similar though.

Probably pinching a nerve?
Muscle spasm or cramp most likely. Especially if you rarely work your back muscles or core area and all of a sudden you're giving them an intense workout. Theyre pretty much harmless.
Stretch your muscles more. The more they've stretch the less pain/cramps you'll get
Did you pull it?

Unlikely if the pain went away after a few minutes.
"Just started to cramp"

It started to cramp. /thread
I get something like that all the time under my ribcage. Knocks the wind out of me and I dare not move thinking im going to suffocate. You just twerk'd your muscle, ice it and take a hot shower and gently stretch that area out good
You have been a bad boy. Rub it until the pain goes away
