just look on the wiki it helps alot Unidentified 13 (The Contract Of Nulgath) - . this should show you every way on how to get it and undead legend does drop it

i killed the undead legend many times but it doesnt still drops

Because Uni 13 has a low drop rate in the first place.

Yeah it has, I would suggest the Nulgath quest, id= 2566.
It would be nice to just check the wiki like Josh said, and for quest/shop
