So i still don't know if the red dot or radar cheat really exists do they ?

Radar hacks are indeed available. It depends on who the coder is and if the hack is private.
This video is true. Saidin and all of the mods and some of the community say it's fake but if you notice how famous plays on a anti cheat client then off client is A HUGE DIFFERENCE. Off client he gets, 30 bombs, mean ass peeks , UNBELIEVABLE GAMESENSE , tricks shots, but when he plays on client and has to record, man does he not drop 20s or even 15s. He didn't even try to defend himself, there's no way he could defend that.

If he does bad at lan then we know why. If he drops 30s against china then we know he's legit and the red dot theory was a joke.

Guys, in one game the enemys appeared like red dots on my radar and a wasnt using any kind of hacks. Belive me or not...

well I've already seen a radar hack but it was not in the mini map... but it's always possible to make one.
