WHY CAN'T I FUCKING FIND MY 2ND QUESTION OR AT LEAST MY BACKUP EMAIL TO MY LOST EMAIL THAT SOMEONE HACKED AND CHANGED THE PASS ON IT, HAD THAT SHIT SINCE 2009.

Talk to support. Like call them and ask for it. They will ask you your IP and give it back to you if you answer 1 question right. That's what I did.
