have any of you had a white head

well i have this white head on my tongue hurts like hell cant swallow or eat been sore i asked my peeps for help they said cut it off with scissors i tryed all i got was a bloody tongue now im trying to eat my food falls out my mouth -_- have any of you had this problem

It's probably an aphtha, they are caused by a shortage of vitamins, stress, if you just stopped with smoking etc.
If yours is bigger then 1 centimeter, then it can take 6-8 weeks to go away, and it's really painful, but a smaller one should be gone after 1-2 weeks.
