and asking friends irl would be complicated.. getting the money, putting it in a bank account, transfer it to paypal ( takes 5 days) then sales end and u dont got the game !

It's 14.99 when it's not on sale.
You won't get the money in time, and when you do the sale will be over.
If I charge you 12.50 for a 14.99 game. You're saving 1.44$ Take it or leave it.
