Definitely not, because *for example* if i give him the skin and i don't get payment... Nothing will happen. But if i give he gives me the money and i give him the code, he could easily just refund it. So either way i'm at risk.

If you're verified, your bank wont allow chargeback, or you can just waste it in the moment.
