It says the size is 0 KB, so following this infallible logic, there should not be anything in that note for 40$, those concluding a scam.

You're reading the size on disk which is 4kb but the size that would be uploaded on payhip would be 1 byte, these guys doe trying to act smart herp derp derp.. yeah this guy has been on numerous forum spamming the same shit trying to scam people lol. some kid bought the damn thing and there was nothing in the note

the note could have a code in it, but the picture he found is fake etc... seemed like a scam.
