Whenever I try to see my notifications I see this. I can't click on them, and they don't go away when I actually go to the post quotes page. Help?

I had the same problem like a week ago, I would go to the actual post I was tagged/quoted and would still appear in my notifications 
Happened to me once. A few days later, the bug was fixed.
