Where Will I Get C++
Guys Where Will I Get C++ Because Im Ganna Make A Simple Hack or a Pub Hack That Have My Favorite Things On SF DFI PH
C++ is a language to code in, not an object to obtain.

As for an IDE/compiler, I'd recommend:
- Windows: Visual Studio 2012 (get update 1 and 2 to allow for targeting Windows XP still)
- Linux: gcc for your compiler / whatever editor you want to use.

Everyone will have their own opinion on editors and compilers, so pick which ever suits your needs.

Read 'Ivor Horton's Beginning Visual C++ 2012'. There are plenty of digital .pdf copies floating around the web.

my suggestion;
Start in VISUAL STUDIO C++ 2010 and learned
Becouse VISUAL STUDIO C++ 2012 a little tricky
If you are coding d3d menu's then I suggest either Dev cpp or Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Express. Both are very good but I prefer the ability to make nice GUI much more easily in Visual Studio.

There is no reason to start with VS2010 and move to 2012. The IDEs are very similar and the compiler is updated in 2012. Just use 2012. (Be sure to get Update 1 and Update 2 after installing though to allow targeting Windows XP.)

DevCPP is extremely outdated and uses a horribly out-dated version of MinGW as its compiler. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Start with reading the manual that comes with it or MSDN. Look up tutorials on YouTube or on MSDN's developer site.
There are plenty of tutorials online that cover how to get started.
