Cannot make a CF EU account

Just downloaded CF Eu, and tried to register. And now this -

Help me quick.

You wont be able to play on CF EU since you Live in UK I suggest using a VPN to change to another european country and make an account I think that works im not sure though.

I used to play CF EU earlier and i could create accounts... But i dont know why i cant now
