Weird Question

Weird Question
OK. So lets say you have a baby. You put him in a soundproof room. You only feed him and do not talk near him.
Like he doesn't hear any words and stuff. Only the ones he makes.
My question is: If you keep doing this for like 5-10 years, what will happen to that human being?
Will it create a new language or not be able to speak?

Too be honest. I think they would only be able to make there own language if you put a number of them in there.

I still don't think language would be possible as the world exposure is almost nonexistent. There would also be no means of communication to transmit language ideas to each other.

Would just become retarded. Wouldn't be able to socialize. That's like a lot of people on the interent though... lock themselves in their room and only talk to people online, but can't keep one sentence going in real life.

Pretty fucked up.
