Uhh ive been botting for 3 - 4 hours but i can't seem to get it 
Find the runes!
It's a really hard drop, me and some of my guild mates have started farming 9hrs ago, but only 2 of us are left trying to farm for it. XD
and some of those who left had their luck at other servers/maps and got the runes...
it's just.. LUCK
