HWID banned

I've been HWID banned and Im unnable to fix it.
Ive only cheated once and already got IP and Hardware banned (I suppose)
I couldnt get to any Sony site/start any sony games.
Got it fixed by spoofing my routers mac adress. Got me a new IP and the game/site is up and running.
Sadly each account I create gets automatically banned. Ive tried EVERYTHING but it doesnt work.
Ive also tried to login with another pc in the same house (same IP)
There im able to login without getting the account banned. As soon as I try on my PC it gets banned.
Changed all types of mac, deleted sony datas, blocked incoming shit from them, PS2 HWID bypassers, changed HWID with several programs and so on.
Still I get the same old message...

What hacks where you using out of curiosity?

Try (re)format ur PC.
Don't forget to make a backup

How does formatting help when soe bans the hwid(hdd serial number)? I was only successful in using LUDIJAK hwid bypass to play the game.

Was using Saga before I got banned next day

Reformatting the PC is not a solution to fix a game only

The HWID bypasser from here is outdated, isnt it?

The idea behind reformatting your PC to bypass a HWID ban is that in doing so, your HWID is changed. Therefore the one they have on record is no longer the one that is tied to your computer. Formatting your harddrive and re-installing windows and crap does change your HWID, thus bypassing the HWID ban. I don't believe that there is a working HWID -ban-bypass program out there at the moment.

Not sure if Warrock used/uses the same HWID ban.

But if a programm (that HWID ban bypasser) is/was able to bypass HWID, there must be a way to change required stuff without reinstalling whole windows and all my datas...
Reinstalling whole windows (and all files) is really no way someone should consider...

Looks like im able to login again for no reason.
But as soon as I start and the loading screen finishes (or stays at 98%)
The game crashes and I get to planetside page with this error:
"Game Error G29
We're sorry, there was a problem with the last action, can you please try again later?"

My account is banned after that when I try to login.

But im still able to create a new account without getting banned at login. But it still crashes and automatically bans me if I start again.

Does anyone know how to change the 16 digit Windows HWID? I've seen multiple programs that use this HWID for registration but i have no seen any method on how to View/Edit it, i have been looking for months and found nothing. The only solution i have found is kick windows out and install Linux since it doesnt have some hardware id that can identify your entire system, Windows should be boycotted entirely for this method of implementing digits used to identify a persons computer.
