HelpI NEED HELP

I NEED HELP
guys as you know crossfire has been giving things that everytime you sign in it posts '' hack tool detected '' at first i thought it was my computer so then i decided to uninstall it and re-install and now when i try to install the game, i get to the point where the game is installed but then when i put it as run as administrator it does not load like i'll click yes and start but nothing loads up nothing pops up or nothing, i send z8games a ticket about this they told me what to do, i did it and it still doesn't work? does anyone have an idea what the problem is here or could come on teamviewer and hep me?
cause i'm completely lost.

I did TV him , his problem is somehow won't be solved unless he creates another User account on his PC , and he doesn't know the Admin password.
