Hey mpgh this is the first time i tried something with a crosshair and this is what i made:

It's not good. Too thick. Make it thinner.

If fail shots with this crosshair, uninstall AVA and play other.

great crosshair man it's working for me. 
I don't like to play in window mode though, and you might want to make it a litle smaller.
