Server Control on PC?

Is it possible to server control on black ops 2? Im not sure if this was on PC or Console.. Or custom game on pc.. im not sure

On all platforms you are the host of a Custom Game; if you created it. I think it's impossible to host a Public Match.

Yea, that's a custom game. You can't host in public.

But.. this guy was complaining about hacking.. I don't think he would join a custom game and then complain.. I think this was public on pc

Yeah... I search for this in some places and i found a cheater that have this options , like already spawn whith the scorestreaks , god mod , unlimited ammo , i just don't download beacuse its a free ban to you get , and i have all dlc's camo and season pass for pc and already get ban 2 times , so if want the site just ask.
