MISSING FILE, SOMEONE HELP.

Ok, I tried steam AND I tried skidrow, it just keeps popping up this this gay fucking error saying " Missing config file "default_mp.cfg" during initialization. May need to add to "code_pre_gfx" "

Some one please help, WHERE would this file be located and WHY don't I have it...

EDIT: FIXED NOW, THANKS ANYWAY :P
