Hello, I was going to buy a Battle eye bypass when i saw that it was a monthly cost. so i started wondering if there is a website that offers bypasses that i once for a lifetime? or is all the bypasses monthly fees? And in that case which one is worth buying?

Every bypass(that I know of) is a monthly fee. Be prepared that no bypass is 100% undetected, and thus, sooner or later, you WILL be banned.

So basicly i pay 8 $ each month to get banned? isnt it better to make your own bypass or is that very difficult?

No, if you use scripts w/o a bypass you will be insta-kicked and eventually banned within minutes.
However, a bypass allows you to use scripts for a longer duration of time w/o being kicked instantly.

But there is no1 who offers a one time payments bypass?

Well its probably not the smartest to buy Bypasses over skype etc either? i've already got my key stolen 1 time..

There are currently no one time fees for a Battleye bypass. They're all a monthly cost. Also, it's against the rules to mention any of paid hack sites.
