Nexon taking away your NX

Well i was looking through my email and I found this message:

" Hello Nexon Player,
We thank you for your continued support of our games.
This is to notify you that your unused NX on your Nexon Passport may be subject to expire.
After reviewing your account, Nexon America has learned that your NX balance on your Nexon Passport **** has remained unchanged for over a year. You can avoid the expiration by either charging your account or purchasing an item in the game using NX, but if no new transaction of NX occurs by June 30, 2013, your remaining 10 NX on your **** account will expire.
Thank you. "

Df do they want me to do with 10 nx? I bought that I should have the right to keep it.

Not even sure if there bluffing, this account they sent the mail to is banned on ca lolz.

to be honest yes your unused nx will expire after 2 yrs of inactivity. they usually dont take it if they notice that your still buying nx as it is still able to be used with what you add. i had 25k gone tho from not active but nexon did give it back as it shouldnt been taken from me the first place since it was there fault as i couldnt use it.
