OutdatedTribunal Bot [BETA] @Nofire

Hi !

I wanted to release a tribunal bot due to the fact that League Of Legends will probably introduce Tribunal rewards as they said on the WIKI !
The bot is only doing the 20 daily tribunal cases. It only works on NA and EUW. If a lot of people asks I'll make a EUN&E version.

With the bot I have a 82.4% Accuracy on the tribunal. To determine if I should punish or pardon a person. I'm getting the number of reports and the number of games. If the number of reports are greater or equal to 2 times the number of games minus 1 it'll punish the guy. If it's lesser it'll pardon the guy.

Your LoL account must be at least level 20 !
If your lol account is not level 20 it'll probably bug.

If there is any errors start it as an admin !
