Error? Not sure what yall are talking about. Im using mine at this time, and its working perfect.

IF you still don't know the problem:
i think the problem is that for some reason you can't login to the tribunal reviewing in IE (i assume the program uses IE). i can't review cases in IE 10, only on chrome and firefox. gonna try to downgrade IE from 10 to 9 and see if it works.

EDIT: forget it, i belive the problem is worse than this.
