Open beta players (like me) are players that had and joined NFSW since 2010/2011
Those players recieved badges/stickers for it. You can't participate in it like it's a event.
You just had to be lucky to join the old nfsw. You can't get it anymore.
And btw. Does anyone remember the old Mazda mazdaspeed 3 from T-mobile?

Yes, I still have it on a dummy account. I think newbies can still get it.

New players can only get the standard edition of the car, the one he is talking about is a special edition which hasn't been available to players for like 2 years now :

Beta is when a program is in testing before it goes public. If it wasn't public you wouldn't be able to log into the server unless you were chosen as a tester.

lol, the game has been released for almost 3 years, man. its not beta anymore, so you cant get it
