the serials will not work on steam only on the downloaded cs cz and cs

i'm confused & i'm new to using this serial keys. Anyways, how to enter this serial key to get the game? Don't you need to buy the game? but how do you go around it? thanks if you answer my question

step 1 download µtorrent
step 2 instal it
step 3 download power iso or deamon tools lite
step 4 instal it
step 5 search your torrent 'game' on kat.ph or on isohunt
step 6 make sure it hase alot of seeds and peers
step 7 klick download torrent (or the magnet icon )
step 8 when the torrent is downloaded you wil see if its an .iso file right klick the file and klick mount
step 9 if it issent an iso file ... read the readme file or release notes
step 10 when the file is mounted go to your computer just double klick your iso file that wil show up there
step 10 follow the instalation of your game and if needed enter one of the serial keys provided above
step 11 have funn
