Global Banned by Battleye

So, guys I decided I wanted to play some Arma 2: OA. I started it up and tried joining a server. I was globally banned. I thought, "well that's not a problem! I can just get a new key and change it out!" Nope. I have tried 2 keys and still I keep getting the same message saying I'm globally banned. Has battleye banned my ip? Is my registry messed up somehow and not allowing the new keys to be used? Help me out guys because I'm clueless.

dont start steam because it changes ur old key back that was banned

Are these retail keys or from sellers?
