FIles in /Data

You know those files in the Data folder such as Items filecodes and weaponsdata. Does anyone know what extension they are and how to open/edit those files. If that is possible then the hacking world has just seen new heights. 30000 clip guns, high damage colts and so on.

I'm pretty sure that the damage is server sided
