well guys ive reinstalled windows and turn off firewall and antivirus then downloaded game and patching and here is what i got

please help me !

Have you added or modified any files in the CF program files?

Try running patcher_cf.exe directly instead of opening it via launcher?
patcher_cf.exe is located in your Z8Games/Crossfire Folder. Hope it helps.
