Help with Tekkit ForceOP

Hello all! I recently just tried to install the new popular Tekkit ForceOP on tekkit 3.1.2.When I boot tekkit classic, the launcher boots ok, but it checks for updates and freezes at 100%. Help?

And if he was talking about Force Creative he probably would've put force creative instead of force op (unless he is mentally ill)

lol he is I saw him comment it on the force creative that he downlaoded and that he will try now so i guess he is talking about it and he is also asking about tekkit 3.1.3 so its only logical lol.
