Undetected DLL files

We all now PB is pretty stable when it comes to hacks.
I recently downloaded a DLL.Is it possible to make a DLL UD again?
I was messing with Hex Editors but it did not help.

You need to have some special adresses etc. You need to have coding
skills aswell to make the hack undetected...

you only need the source code

dont know how to code then dont start asking questions like that
and most likely noone will give you his hack source code but you can try
one last thing
ddl's are most likely protected so you can't "edit" them
