It's not going rare.

It says that its not going rare in DS
i copied this from the design notes

The Class will be available for either a ridiculous amount of Legion Tokens OR for AdventureCoins (but you will need to be a member of the Legion to buy it with ACs).
This Class will NOT go rare, and we are planning to release the Class this Summer. Warriors who have not yet learned of the Legion's power deserve to share in the deadly might and majesty of the coming Class. Fair warning, Legionnaires: You WILL want to start farming early to earn enough Legion Tokens to unlock it, though!

i know. why didnt you guys read what i posted i even said where you could find it at. your posting stuff like you found it on your own when i just said exactly where to find the information at

hey guys is there a class that can heal mana and hp while dodging and has high dmg and high evasion??

Nope but darkblood storm king can heal mana and hp and has high damage and crit rate. Evasion will be horc evader or rouge, but those two classes cannot heal mana and hp. (Unless rouge dodges)
