as the title suggests, I am looking for people to be able to create a hack / tool for skype with visual basic...

I wish I could get with this tool was online or off with a key or changing all the states of skype

Skype can be interacted with using WM_COPYDATA via SendMessage. Look at their protocol documentation here:

.NET has no managed internal SendMessage method as far as I am aware. Thus you have to import it.
